Sony Smartband…. This could be the wearable of the year!

When we received the Sony Smartband along with an Xperia Z2, it left us in a bit of a quandry.

The Xperia Z2 is a very nicely designed big screen handset, with lovely  stereo sound and expansive bright screen. In fact all of the features that make you want to pick it up and play with it.

What people can expect for certain is that the coming weeks are going to provide people with the chance to see their rock idols in amazing locations and share that experience with thousands of other fans!

Gadget Man – Episode 4 – Nokia Lumia 1520 vs HTC One M8 – Camera Comparison

This week, Matt wraps up his week using the Nokia Lumia 1520 and HTC One M8 phones as possible replacements for cameras.

Both amazing and beautifully crafted in their own right top end smartphones, it was difficult separating them as they had individual show stopping features.

The Nokia has a simply breathtaking 6 inch screen with amazing camera, the HTC is unbelievably well made and has incredible sound or ‘Boom Sound’ as HTC call it.

If you are looking for  great camera-phone, either will suit your needs, but don’t put away your dedicated camera just yet.

Smart Phones, Smart Watches & You!

Our last couple of articles have been focusing on the latest in a trend of ‘smart’ technology – smart watches. A common trend that follows with each of these pieces of technology is the dependency on a phone device to adapt or maintain it. In today’s article, we’re going to take a break from reviews to discuss just how this system works, and why it’s both a negative, and positive attribute of the new devices.
